I have a 15 year career in the hospitality industry and love the travel, tourism, and hospitality business. For the past 10 years I have been focused on the marketing, branding, and design side of the business and I provide these services for businesses of all sizes through my business PenDailey Consulting.

I was trained in the Hatha style of yoga and am a Yoga Alliance certified instructor with my RYT-200 and RCYT distinction, currently completing my 300 hour training as well. I enjoy incorporating philosophy into my classes and focus on intentional movement in class.
